Priority One Surplus started as a weekend side hustle, selling military surplus at flea markets and gun shows. We opened our first store in a back-office space, dragging most of our inventory outside to the parking lot to sell it. Now Priority One Surplus is a 4000 Sq Ft store and is the cleanest and most well-organized military surplus store you have ever been to!

Our team is ready to help you find the products you need, or help with any questions in the military and outdoor equipment space.
