The BAF Cold Weather Anorak Parka is water and wind proof and is completely fleece lined. These parkas are a pull over, having a large, zippered chest pocket that is great for maps, binoculars, or other equipment that needs to be accessed quickly. There are also 2 zippered hand pockets that are also fleece lined, and a side zipper, that allows you to take the jacket on and off easier.
