These jackets by Spiewak are Made in the USA for the department of corrections. These cost the DOC over $400 each! Very high-quality jackets with tons of features. They are 100% water and wind proof, and all have a button in fleece liner. The snap-in liner fleece is a "bomber style" fleece jacket with a wind/water resistant shell. Each jacket can be worn independently or worn together for maximum protection.
