These are Swiss Army Alpenflage Camo Field Shirts. Featuring 2 large chest pockets and a small sleeve pocket. 

Condition: The Like New shirts look like they may have been worn once or twice. They still have very bright colors (not faded) and minimal wear on snaps. The Lightly Used shirts may have minor fading and wear on snaps. There will not be any stains or damage.
