These New/Unissued US Military Cold Weather "Helmet Liners" are both water and wind resistant. Designed to be thin enough for wear under a helmet, but still keep the head and neck warm. Can be worn with the "ears" and forehead flap rolled up or down depending on the temperature. This is a rare find to get these both brand new and in big sizes!
